Fox in the neighborhood

So last night after getting off work I had to run directly to practice. However I noticed Amanda fertilized the lawn while I was away. We are hoping this will work because we have a few spots that have turned a very pekid green. More yellow then green really. Also this stuff is supposed to kill Dandelions, Clover, and some other commonly occurring weed we have in the area. We'll see. Like all things with the lawn you never really know if you are making progress.
This morning I got up and made omelette's while Amanda was still asleep. I started to realize just how much I appreciate the kitchen. I knew that I had recently been getting more and more into cooking, but having the kitchen clean and setup to a usable fashion really does make the entire structure seem much more inhabitable.
On my way to work I locked up the door and tossed my bag in the bag of the car sat down in the driver's seat looked in the rear-view and saw a Fox sitting on our sidewalk looking at me like I was some kinda weirdo. A fox at 8:00 in the morning sitting right in my path as I'm trying to back out. So after about having a heart attack from not expecting to see the damn thing. I went to back the car out and the thing didn't want to move. Well rather than have fox guts all over our drive way and have to explain how i wasn't trying to hit the fox, I got out of the car and jumped at him. He turned his head sideways at me like a dog. I've seen two foxes before in my life and they were totally afraid of me this guy is strutting around like he owns the place. So I grabbed my bag and swung it towards him and told him to get out of here. He got up and non-challantly wandered down the street. I do hope nobody keeps chickens in the neighborhood because this guy is fearless. So I guess the question of the day is, what do you do about a fox? Do I need to worry about this guy or is he relatively harmless?

Watch out a Fox that numb to human threat may be rabid!
